Delivery information
Delivery of balloon orders during business hours to the following suburbs starting from $10 (prior notice is required – preferably 24hrs). Minimum balloon orders of $80 required for delivery (excluding delivery fee). Pick-ups welcome from Sunnybank (14kms from the City).
$10 delivery areas:
Coopers Plains (excludes QEII hospital), Macgregor, Robertson, Runcorn, Salisbury, Sunnybank (includes Sunnybank Private Hospital), Sunnybank Hills.
$15 delivery areas are:
Camp Hill, Carina, Carina Heights, Carindale, Coorparoo, Drewvale, Eight Mile Plains, Ekibin, Greenslopes (includes Greenslopes Private Hospital), Holland Park, Holland Park West, Mansfield, Mount Gravatt, Mount Gravatt East, Parkinson, Stretton, Tarragindi, Upper Mount Gravatt and Wishart.
$20 delivery to:
Brisbane CBD, East Brisbane, Kangaroo Point, South Bank, South Brisbane, Woolloongabba, Highgate Hill, West End.
$25 delivery areas:
Bulimba, Fortitude Valley, Hawthorne, Teneriffe, New Farm, Newstead.

Due to parking restrictions and/or parking fees, we do not deliver to QEII Hospital, Wesley, Lady Cilento, Mater hospitals, Royal Brisbane, North-West Private. Delivery to Sunnybank Private Hospital and Greenslopes Private Hospital is available.
Ordering conditions
Note that if a delivery is attempted, we reserve the right to retain the delivery fee for wrong address information or an unattended premises, except where an arrangement exists. We also reserve the right to refuse a delivery request regardless of whether it is in the local delivery area e.g. due to areas with parking restrictions or difficulty in accessing the premises – in these instances, the delivery fee shall be refunded. Please contact us in advance to confirm delivery options, prior to ordering. We reserve the right to retain part or all funds, including deposits, for non pickup of items or cancellation of orders. Payment terms and conditions
Payment in full is required. Once an invoice has been issued and received, if you do not wish to proceed, contact Baby and Birthday Balloons to cancel the order. A refund may or may not be provided based on the purchase of goods and/or services. All deposits or advanced payments are nonrefundable.
Deliveries will be sent to the address in the Description field on the purchase order or invoice. Delivery times are an estimate only and failure to deliver on time does not confer a right to cancel, or a refund. An additional delivery fee may be incurred if the location is unattended or access is blocked. Baby and Birthday Balloons reserve the right to suspend delivery if terms of payment are not adhered by you.
